COLOMBIA
Colombia is potentially the next church plant for NYCCC. We hope that once the pandemic is over, we will be able to visit Medellin, Colombia.
Volunteers from NYCCC are currently working with some locals in Colombia to host online English classes for the people there. We have also partnered with Compassion Canada to support impoverished women and children to help tackle the poverty and injustice in Colombia.
Updates
Our church will be partnering with Compassion Canada in two ways:
(a) Special donation project for Colombian impoverished teenage mothers with a goal of $2000 starting this Sunday, August 8 to September 12; and
(b) Child sponsorship program
