MISSIONS
Missions at NYCCC is committed to working with people and organizations committed to empowering locals, leadership development, and holistic engagement. NYCCC is involved with several partners down the street and across the globe.
The good news of the Gospel is not meant to be kept to ourselves - it should be shared and given freely, just as it was for us. At NYCCC, we do this in two ways. First, we live missionally right where we are. It doesn't take a program or an event to share the Gospel. By forming relationships with family, neighbors, friends, or co-workers, we can pray for and create opportunities to share the Gospel with those already around us. Second, we partner with existing organizations and missionaries to provide avenues for sharing our faith and meeting needs both locally and around the world.
Our missions ministry efforts go far beyond the four walls of our church building as we also partner with like-minded ministries in our cities that are doing gospel work. We are consistently looking for ways to serve the people in our cities through our schools, our businesses, and our recreational activities that would help us serve the mission to lead people into a vibrant relationship with Jesus.
Buenos Aires, Argentina is NYCCC's most recent church plant.
Each year we send several teams with different backgrounds and skills to support the ministries of the church there at different times. If interested in knowing more about this ministry, please call our church number as below
Oujé-Bougoumou is a native reserve in Quebec. Every year we will organize a team to run a kids camp for native kids from G1 to 6. We welcome Christians to join us to spread Jesus' love to the First Nations kids.
Due to the pandemic, we were unable to host a camp at the reserve this year.
